A message dated April 21, 1993, was read stating the Senate has                
passed CSHB 216(FIN) with the following amendment, and it is                   
transmitted for consideration:                                                 
                                                                               
SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 216(RLS)                                  
"An Act relating to power cost equalization; and providing for an
